The rooms were okay, but not clean! There was a clump of hair into sink in the bathroom. Made me gag! Mould on bathroom ceiling, floors not cleaned, walls had splashes on then, dust behind furniture and light fittings. The room we had the bed wasn't in line with the headboard. My partner was constantly banging his head on the light fittings as it was situated close to him. Bed sheets not clean. Plates, glasses and cutlery were not very clean. Glasses still had lip prints around the rim, I cleaned it with a napkin, was cleaner. When guests asked for fried eggs, the assistant would roll her eyes and storm off to the kitchen! I could go on.

這是我自駕歐亞住的最差的酒店之一了。倒不是因為硬件問題，而是酒店的服務態度和理念問題。前台有個白人老頭內心很壞。和餐廳的亞裔長相女人一起對客人不友好。歧視華人。你有任何問題他們的回答都是NO。我住了三天。用過的毛巾、浴巾絕不更換。從地上撿起疊起來再用。找他們要新的，就從倉庫 拿別人用過的都充滿汙漬的準備送洗的給你。太噁心了。踩雷了！希望看到評價的人千萬別上當。這家酒店早餐是非常差的。沒有更差。總之不要選擇這個酒店。太坑人了！充滿了敵意、歧視。

We stayed for a concert at Wembley. On check in the reception staff gave is lots of helpful information - the 92 bus goes directly to Wembley stadium, and that it would be a slightly different pick up point. We actually decided to walk back rather than join the crowded public transport, but it was quite a long walk, I’d recommend walking a short way out of the crowds then back on the 92. The room was nice & bed very comfortable. We slept well. Breakfast was nice with a mix of continental & English breakfast items. I’d definitely stay again.

It's a nice place with a spacious room. Receptionist was extremely helpful from our first day till check out ! Housekeeper were all pretty friendly. Lift available, no problem with baggages👍. Highly recommend this place for a good stay !

This hotel offers a decently price hotel nearby Central london. Thr breakfast selection is not vast but they do offer the normal English hot big breakfast. You definitely can't fault them. Should we need a night stay in London, we will reconsider them foe its convenient location.
